WHERE CAN I MAKE A BOOKING?

We only take reservations at our Brompton Road cafe or you can book our Afternoon Tea at Lowndes Street. We don’t take reservations at any of our other sites as we run on a walk in basis only.

WHAT'S THE MAXIMUM TIME I CAN STAY AT MY TABLE?

Whilst we have a 45 minute table turnaround time, if the café is a little more quiet you are welcome to extend your stay a little longer.

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO QUEUE AT THE WEEKEND?

Our queue times can vary from 5 minutes to 25 minutes. Our team will do their best to seat your party as soon as possible.

DO YOU ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR BIGGER / LARGER PARTIES?

IS YOUR MENU SUITABLE FOR VEGANS & VEGETARIANS?

Yes, we have plenty of vegetarian and vegan options in our menu! Please let our staff know of your dietary requirements on arrival and they will assist.

DO YOU HAVE ANY ITEMS WHICH ARE GLUTEN FREE?

Whilst we do serve GF options, all our food is created in a kitchen where there may be gluten nearby, we cannot guarantee that won’t be any cross contamination.

DO YOU SERVE BRUNCH?

Yes, our menu is perfect for a girly brunch, date spot or shopping pit stop. From our popular smashed avocado toast to our bestselling Açai smoothie bowl along with our amazing range of special coffees there is something to suit everyone.

ARE ALL YOUR LOCATIONS & CAFES PINK?

Kind-of yes! Every EL&N location is unique, so the amount of pink in each cafe changes depending on which one you visit. Our Hans Crescent store is probably the most pink hued of them all with it's unique love-heart booths. Whereas our Market place store has lots of beautiful pastel greens and lilacs as well as pinks to create a lovely garden feel.

DO YOU SERVE YOUR DRINKS WITH MILK ALTERNATIVES?

Of course, we have plenty of milk alternative options within our menu from oat, soya & almond to coconut milk. Our friendly baristas will be happy to help.

ARE THE ITEMS ON YOUR MENU HALAL?

Yes, all of our menu items and drinks are Halal. Please speak to a member of our team about specific ingredients used in our dishes and drinks.

WHICH IS THE BEST ITEM ON YOUR MENU?

We like to think that every one of our dishes is exceptional, each menu item gets a thorough road testing before making it onto one of our menus. One of our most popular dishes is our Smashed Avocado on Sourdough and our EL&N Shakshuka.

WHICH EL&N SITE IS THE BIGGEST?

Our Hans Crescent site in Knightsbridge is the largest, spread across two floors. Our Selfridges London concession is the next largest in size.

HOW LONG ARE YOUR GIFT CARDS VALID FOR?

Our EL&N gift card is valid for one year from purchase date. It is redeemable in-stores only (excluding our concession at Selfridges).
